Today is Sunshine Day! Only two more days of school left for my little first-grader...She is excited but is already talking about how she will miss her teachers. I am already praying for good teachers next year. We were very blessed this year. Her teacher was wonderful and a Christian! Praise God! She has had a great year. It started off kind of rocky. She had a difficult time adjusting to being away from Mom every day (Mom had a hard time too!). But it didn't take her long to get into the swing of things and excel in first grade. She is more than ready for second grade. On the other hand, we are not rushing this summer! We are going to enjoy every minute of it! Every year seems to go faster than the one before and I never want to wish the time away again. :-)
